Using the Library

Access the Library by tapping the Library icon at the bottom right hand side of the screen. The content will be presented to you.

What content is included?

The Library hosts a variety of content, including:

• Editable Information Security Policy templates – as part of your payment compliance with the PCI DSS, you are required to have an up-to-date information security policy in place in your business. These templates can get you started on creating your own. The templates are tailored to the different SAQ or Business Profile types. You can check what your profile type is in the Accounts section
• Security guides – the Library includes guides on how you can implement new procedures into your business to improve data security e.g. Sample Incident Response Plan helps you put a plan in place in the event your business suffers a security breach
• Educational content – the Library includes a number of educational documents to assist you in learning more about good data security practices. Check out the A-Z of cybersecurity terms for a full overview of the jargon that can get confusing when discussing this topic.

To access the content, tap the relevant document you wish to access and select the icon on the right. The document will now download to your device.
